Ruan has played a massive role in shaping me into the broker and person I am today. He is a leader, mentor and friend who I will always be grateful for. His passion for the industry and his own business has inspired me to want to be even half the broker/business owner he ever was!
Ruan is a person who has taught me so many life lessons that I will hold close to my heart.
One attribute that makes Ruan a great leader & mentor is that he will never ask you to do something that he has not done himself. He leads from the front not only with his words but more importantly, his actions.
Yes, he can be tough, but he challenges you to be the best version of YOU!
Ruan has taught me to work hard, put the client first and the money and success will look after itself. Make sure you always celebrate your success with your team as a good broker always has even better support!
