I’ve known Ruan for nearly five years now and I am yet to meet someone who will invest as much of their time and effort into those who are a part of his circle. He is always readily available for anything you need, whether that be application scenarios, relationship management, or just a friendly chat, he’ll be the first one to put his hand up to help.
If you want someone in your corner that can almost guarantee your business growing, then Ruan is the person for you. Looking back at when I first met Ruan to where I am now, it would not have been possible without him. The constant reminders of what I needed to do as a Broker led me to establish habits that provide a service that is client centric. Naturally, these reminders influenced me as a person to which I am extremely grateful to Ruan. For example, if there was a problem with a client file or in my personal life, I don’t sit there pondering on where things have gone wrong but look for solutions to fix the issue. Ruan has and will always be someone that I can come too openly about anything which is something I try to emulate for family and friends who are close to me.
