Having worked with many different managers over my career, there are only two that stand out. The man who gave me the start in the finance industry working in insolvency and my Boss, Ruan Burger.
Ruan is a leader in every sense of the word. He never asks people to do anything that he himself does not do. Leading from the front and teaching by example are how he encourages people to grow. His passion is infectious and you can’t help but be excited when you are with him. From being a loan writer at a bank and moving into the third party industry you very quickly realise how little you know. Ruan taught me much and helped me achieve great things including being MFAA National Loan Administrator of the year. Ruan’s knowledge, passion and skill are an asset to anyone.
