• Listen to your gut. If you need more time off, more time with family, more time socialising so you can be 100% at work the next day, then do it. 
• Watch what you’re consuming. Food, booze, Netflix, it all can affect your energy. 
• Feel the sun, the ocean, the grass. The earth can energise us more than we know. 
• Be kind to yourself. If you have a day or two that the routine flies out the window, it’s ok - we’re all only human! Get back into it and reset.
