A Big Month for the S&B Community, Here's the Wrap

Some months you put your head down and execute.

March was one of those months, but with a lot more air miles than usual.

At Success & Broker, mortgage broker coaching across Australia and New Zealand sits at the heart of everything we do. And last month, that showed up in a big way.

Between heading to New Zealand, launching something our broker clients have been loving, releasing a fully rebuilt Broker Journal, and showing up in rooms that matter, it's been a full one across the Success & Broker community.

Here's a look at what's been happening, what we've launched, and what's coming next.

Across the Tasman - NZ Mortgage Awards and the S&A Community

Ruan and Ryan spent time on the ground in New Zealand last month, presenting at the LFG NZ PD Day, attending the Finsure PD Day, connecting with clients face to face, and finishing the trip at the NZ Mortgage Awards.

The Success & Adviser community in New Zealand continues to grow. Getting over there to spend real time with our advisers, hear what's working, and celebrate their wins is something we don't take lightly.

The standout moment of the trip? One of our very first NZ clients - Cole Murray - took out Brokerage of the Year (Diversification) on the night.

Proud doesn't quite cover it. This is what the community is about.

The $20,000 Home Loan Repayment Competition Is Back

We ran the $20,000 Home Loan Repayment Holiday competition for the first time last year, and the response from our broker clients and their customers was incredible.

So this year, we're running it twice.

The competition gives our broker clients a powerful way to reward their existing customers and generate quality referrals at the same time.

New loan clients receive one entry. Existing clients who refer receive three.

The feedback has been everything we hoped for, and then some. It's become one of the most effective tools our brokers are using to drive engagement and referrals right now.

The Broker Journal: Rebuilt From the Ground Up

Over the past 12 months, we rebuilt the Broker Journal completely.

Working alongside behavioural and neuroscience specialists, the focus was simple: execution.

Because most brokers don't need more information. They need structure they'll actually follow.

The revamped Broker Journal gives brokers 54 weeks of direction. Not theory, not motivation, but practical action built around the habits and behaviours of high performing mortgage brokers.
