- There are so many people doing so well in the industry that have gone through their own challenges and journey, it makes sense to learn from them. At the same time, use their shared knowledge to try to avoid some of the more avoidable mistakes that they’ve made.
- It’s a much more complaint world than it was five or ten years ago, nowadays, you may need to learn a little more from other people’s mistakes because if you learn from your own mistakes they might cause you real pain.
- If you seek out advice from other people and businesses first, you’ll probably get there a little faster. The more we share, the more we help each other and the stronger the industry will become.
- Socials are a great place to see what other brokers are doing and you can put your own slant on it. So much success and growth comes from connecting with other brokers and learning from others.
- It’s super important to build a network around you in the industry of people who can help each other. It’s important to build those connections and attend networking events, the industry days, they are all good things and you can build relationships.
- Invest in your learning with personal development days and industry events.
